These official rules ("Terms & Conditions") govern participation in the Fairdeal Lucky Draw ("Promotion"). By participating, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. ORGANIZER
The Lucky Draw (“Promotion”) is organized and conducted by FDMS Marketplace Pvt Ltd. (“Company”, “Fairdeal”, “We”, “Us”).
2. ELIGIBILITY
The Promotion is open only to registered users of the Fairdeal Buyer App.
To be eligible, a user must complete purchases of goods worth ₹60,000 (Rupees Sixty Thousand only) or more on the Fairdeal Buyer App during the Promotion period.
No separate payment, entry fee, or consideration is required to participate in the Lucky Draw other than qualifying purchases made on the platform.
Employees of the Company and their immediate family members may be excluded at the Company’s discretion.
3. NO PURCHASE FOR ENTRY (CLARIFICATION)
There is no direct payment or fee to enter the Lucky Draw. Eligibility is determined solely based on qualifying purchases of goods on the Fairdeal platform.
4. PROMOTION PERIOD
The Promotion will run for a period determined solely by the Company. The start and end dates will be communicated through the Fairdeal Buyer App or other official communication channels.
5. MINIMUM QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENT
The Lucky Draw will be conducted only if a minimum number of eligible users qualify, as determined solely by the Company.
If the minimum qualification criteria are not met, the Lucky Draw may be cancelled, and no prizes will be awarded.
6. PRIZE DETAILS
Prizes will be awarded as follows:
Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or any other alternatives.
7. WINNER SELECTION
Winners will be selected through a random draw from the pool of eligible users.
The selection process is fully automated or conducted through an internal randomization mechanism determined by the Company.
The Company’s decision regarding winner selection shall be final and binding.
8. ANNOUNCEMENT & VERIFICATION
Winners will be notified through the Fairdeal Buyer App or via registered contact details.
The Company reserves the right to verify eligibility, identity, and purchase records before awarding prizes.
Failure to comply with verification requirements may result in disqualification.
9. COMPANY RIGHTS
The Company reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw the Promotion, in whole or in part, at any time, without prior notice.
The Company also reserves the right to disqualify any participant found to be violating these Terms & Conditions or engaging in fraudulent or unfair practices.
10. LIABILITY DISCLAIMER
Fairdeal shall not be responsible for any technical failures, system errors, or issues beyond its reasonable control that may affect participation or winner selection.
Prizes are provided “as is,” without any warranty, express or implied.
11. APPLE DISCLAIMER (REQUIRED)
Apple Inc. is not a sponsor of, and is not involved in, this Promotion in any manner.
Apple is not responsible for the administration of the Promotion or the awarding of prizes.
12. GOVERNING LAW
This Promotion shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Gurugram, Haryana.
13. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
Participation in the Lucky Draw constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
