Fairdeal is a B2B quick-commerce wholesale platform. This policy explains how delivery works, where we deliver, and what to expect when you place an order.
Delivery Options
Fairdeal offers two ways to receive your order:
Instant delivery: we aim to deliver your order within 60 minutes of order confirmation.
Scheduled delivery: you can place an order in advance and choose a delivery slot for the next day. Your order will be delivered within the slot you select at checkout.
The available options are shown in the app when you place your order and may depend on your location and the time of order.
Instant Delivery Timeline
For instant orders, we aim to deliver within 60 minutes of order confirmation.
Order confirmation occurs once your order is placed and payment is completed or, for cash orders, your order is verified. The 60-minute window begins from that point and applies to instant orders placed within our serviceable hours at a serviceable delivery address.
Actual delivery time may vary based on order size, distance from the fulfilling hub, traffic conditions, and order volume during peak hours. During exceptional conditions — heavy rain, flooding, festival-day demand surges, or other circumstances beyond our control — delivery times may be extended. We will keep you informed through the app if your order is expected to take longer.
Scheduled Delivery Timeline
For scheduled orders, you can select a delivery slot at checkout. We will deliver your order within the chosen slot. If we are unable to deliver within the selected slot due to circumstances beyond our control, we will notify you through the app and arrange an alternative slot.
Service Area
We deliver only within the catchment area of our operational hubs. Serviceability is determined by your delivery pin code and address, which is verified at checkout. If your location is outside our current service area, you will not be able to place an order for delivery to that address.
We are continually expanding to new areas. Coverage shown in the app reflects our current serviceable zones.
Serviceable Hours
Instant orders can be placed and delivered during our operational hours, which are displayed in the app and may vary by hub and location. Instant orders placed outside serviceable hours can instead be placed as scheduled orders for delivery in the next available slot.
Payment
We accept cash on delivery and online payment only. We do not offer credit or pay-later terms. Available payment methods are shown at checkout.
Order Tracking
Once your order is confirmed, you can track its status in real time through the Fairdeal app — from preparation at the hub to dispatch and live location of your delivery partner. You do not need a separate tracking number; all updates are available in your order history.
Delivery Charges
Delivery charges, if applicable, are calculated and displayed at checkout before you confirm your order. Charges may depend on order value, distance, delivery option, and applicable minimum-order thresholds. Any order-value minimums for free delivery will be shown in the app.
Receiving Your Order
Please ensure that you or an authorized person is available at the delivery address to receive the order during the delivery window. Our delivery partner will attempt to contact you on arrival. For cash orders, please keep the exact order amount ready to make payment at the time of delivery.
If delivery cannot be completed because no one is available to receive the order, the address is inaccessible, or the address details are incorrect or incomplete, our delivery partner will attempt to reach you. Orders that cannot be delivered after reasonable attempts may be returned to the hub, and our team will contact you to arrange redelivery or resolve the issue.
We recommend checking your order at the time of delivery. For any shortages, damaged goods, or discrepancies, please refer to our Returns & Refund Policy.
Failed or Delayed Deliveries
In the unlikely event that an order is significantly delayed, undeliverable, or affected during transit, please contact our support team through the app or at the details below, and we will work to resolve the issue promptly.
